Be it known unto all Nations, Kindred, Tongues, and People, unto whom this message shall come: That we, the Republic for Utah, hereby dedicate this standard to our God, The Eternal Father; and we plead unto Him, The Lawgiver to all, to accept of our dedication, to preserve our freedom, religion, and peace, and our Family units, as we do seek, under the inspiration of the Almighty, to preserve the original Constitution for the united states of America as a bastion of freedom and a beacon of truth to all men the world over.
